With over 25 years’ experience in real estate, from property management to office manager to Operations Manager of one of Western Australia’s largest brands, she has a wealth of knowledge of the industry.

Graeme brings a unique style to auctioneering with a strong focus on negotiating the best outcome for his clients. Whether the property being auctioned is a first home buyer type home or a mansion in the leafy Western Suburbs he brings the same amount of enthusiasm to both.
In his first year of auctioneering he won the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia Auction Rookie Award and has featured well in other corporate auction competitions since. With more than 6 years as an auctioneer and over 12 years as an auction marketing agent he knows how to get the best out of a campaign.
Graeme has called auctions for many leading agents in the state and they have found his experience, style and enthusiasm infectious enabling full engagement by those attending the auction. With over 15 years in the industry, he brings his extensive skills and experience using auctions as a sales agent to the table as an auctioneer.
Paul’s confidence and high energy come to the fore at the auction, where he is adept at managing bidders and negotiations. He is also a great communicator and can guide agents and the vendors through the entire auction process if required, for example, dealing with listing the auction, marketing, handling buyer feedback and setting price expectations through the campaign.
